Soham Khanna, Chief of Staff & Head of Corporate Development

Soham has 8 years of corporate experience across operating, investing, and consulting roles. Since joining Omega, he founded our Corporate Development function and has led the acquisition of himagine Solutions, Reventics, Vasta Global, and ApexonHealth. He is also the Chief of Staff to Anurag Mehta, our CEO, and works with Omega’s Board and Executive Leadership across various strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Omega, he worked at EY – Parthenon in their Corporate Finance Strategy practice where he completed multiple commercial due diligence and strategy engagements. He then joined Jumbotail, an Indian e-commerce marketplace, where he founded and built the Payments & Credit business unit. He has also worked at CX Partners, a mid-market private equity fund, in their investment team. Soham received his BE in Civil Engineering from Delhi University’s Delhi College of Engineering in 2013 and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business in 2020.
