Rationale:

The Clinical stage will be based on the DRE alone but does not include the information from the biopsy or MRI. The m suffix would only be used if there were multiple synchronous tumors, it would not be used in the prostate for multifocal tumors. The only time the m suffix is used for multifocal tumors is in the Thyroid (differentiated and anaplastic only).
