Sumithra Gomatam is Executive Chair of the Omega HMS Board. She has over 30 years of experience in the information technology and business process services industry. Her previous experience includes several senior roles at Cognizant, where she spent over 24 years building, scaling, and nurturing multiple businesses that served clients globally. At Cognizant, she was president of digital operations, which she scaled and transformed to be technology-driven, using intelligent process automation and platforms with a significant focus on healthcare and big tech clients. Before that, she was at Tata Consultancy Services.
Sumithra was recognized by Business Today as one of the “Most Powerful Women in Indian Business” in 2013 and was part of the NASSCOM BPM Leadership Council. She earned her B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Anurag has 35 years of US corporate experience, 24 of which have been as a founder and leader of global organizations servicing the American healthcare ecosystem. In 2003, Anurag co-founded Omega Healthcare, a leading global revenue cycle management services provider that now employs 35,000+ employees across four countries and 11 cities. Before co-founding Omega with his business partner, Gopi Natarajan, Anurag spent the first 11 years of his career at Bayer Corporation, where he held numerous positions, starting in technical sales and then as a business unit leader and national sales manager.
Anurag received his BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 1989 at the age of 19 and an MBA and MS-MoIS from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Adhitya is responsible for building strong relationships throughout the client organization, growing wallet share, adding new services, ensuring a seamless partnership between operations and the client, and driving profitability. Adhitya has 25 years of healthcare, IT, and RCM-related sales and business management experience that spans geographies. He has worked with industry leaders such as IBM, Dell, Wipro, Rackspace, and Persistent. He has held leadership positions throughout his career, such as Head of Healthcare and Strategic Engagements for Persistent Systems. Before joining Persistent, Adhitya was the Global Sales Strategy & Operations Leader for Rackspace, an Apollo Group Company. He also served as Vice President and Head of the Global Results Delivery Office for IBM GTS, Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff for NTT Data Services, and Executive Director/VP and Chief of Staff to the BU President and Integration Leader for Dell Inc., USA.

Mallory joined the Omega family in 2018 as General Counsel, overseeing the company’s global legal affairs and risk management program. Previously, Mallory served as Assistant General Counsel for one of the nation’s largest public healthcare systems, focusing on managed care, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.
Mallory is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where she was an editor for the University of Miami Law Review and a teaching assistant in contracts and constitutional law. Following law school, Mallory was a litigator for a prestigious South Florida law firm, specializing in complex insurance recovery and provider reimbursement disputes.

Guru is an ICF Certified Professional Coach (PCC), certified Strategic HR Leader, Fellow of the Institute of Directors (FIOD), and Doctor of Excellence in Management (HC), specializing in organizational development and organizational behavior. Guru has been instrumental in launching key strategic change management initiatives for Omega Healthcare over many years.
Guru has a postgraduate degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and a Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD. Before joining Omega Healthcare, Guru played crucial roles in various organizations serving as an HR Manager at BPL Group, Head of HR at Crossdomain, Senior Manager of Employee Relations at Allsec Technologies, and Head of HR of Paramount Airways where he was well-known for workforce planning, employee relations, industrial relations, regulatory compliance, culture building, and niche talent acquisition—all of which helped transform employee satisfaction and create a lasting impact on revenue.
Guru is a life member of the Bengaluru Management Association (BMA), the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), and the National HRD Network (NHRD).

Satyanarayana brings to Omega Healthcare 26 years of experience in healthcare operations and transitions in the RCM, payer operations, and analytics sectors in multiple geographies, including the US, Central America, India, and Philippines. Satyanarayana also has extensive experience in platform-based services and technology lead services, which has helped Omega Healthcare establish significant partnerships. Before joining Omega, Satyanarayana held key leadership roles at Cognizant and Genpact.
Satyanarayana has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Mumbai. He is certified in Lean Six Sigma.

Gautam Char is the Chief Strategy Officer at Omega Healthcare, a leading provider of technology-driven healthcare solutions. Gautam is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s strategic vision, with direct oversight of strategy, technology, product, and marketing functions—core pillars that support Omega Healthcare’s innovation and growth. Gautam also serves as the President and CEO of WhiteSpace Health, Omega Healthcare’s analytics subsidiary, where he has driven the company’s rise as a leading force in healthcare analytics since 2021—infusing AI and automation into its solutions to deliver measurable ROI for clients.
Gautam brings over two decades of leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, technology, and provider organizations. Prior to joining Omega Healthcare, he was President of Healthcare Solutions at Kriya Capital and held top positions at IKS Health, Lionbridge, Wipro Technologies, and Lucent Technologies. Gautam holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Rutgers University and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Soham brings eight years of corporate experience to Omega Healthcare in roles ranging from operations to investing to consulting. Soham founded Omega’s Corporate Development function and has led the acquisition of himagine solutions, Reventics, Vasta Global, and ApexonHealth. He is also the Chief of Staff to Anurag Mehta, Omega’s CEO, and works with the company’s board and executive leadership on various strategic initiatives. Before joining Omega, Soham worked at EY–Parthenon in their Corporate Finance Strategy practice, completing multiple commercial due diligence and strategy engagements. After EY-Parthenon, Soham joined Jumbotail, an Indian e-commerce marketplace, where he founded and built the Payments & Credit business unit. He has also worked on the investment team at CX Partners, a mid-market private equity fund.
Soham received his BE in Civil Engineering from Delhi University’s Delhi College of Engineering in 2013 and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business in 2020.

Lane joined the Omega family in 2023 as Chief Compliance Officer & Deputy General Counsel, overseeing Omega’s global compliance and risk management program and general legal affairs. Bringing over 25 years of commercial and information technology litigation and C-Suite-level advisor experience, Lane served as General Counsel for a national mechanical services company and as a litigation partner in law firms in Hawaii and Maryland, both garnering Best Lawyers Best Law Firms distinctions.
Lane graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Pittsburgh and cum laude from the University of Hawaii William S. Richardson School of Law, where she was an editor for the Law Review, a best oralist and national best brief award winner on the Jessup International Moot Court Team, a research assistant in Real Property, and teaching assistant in Legal Methods and Appellate Advocacy Seminars. Following law school, Lane clerked at the Hawaii Supreme Court for Associate Justice Mario R. Ramil, served as an Adjunct Professor, Maryland Bar Foundation Fellow, Leadership Montgomery Core Class Member, Pacific Century Fellow, and Board Member of the National Association of Business Owners and Entrepreneurs. Lane has been recognized by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers, and is AV Preeminent rated with Martindale-Hubbell.

Vijayashree Natarajan has nearly 25+ years of experience in the technology industry with a career built primarily in the healthcare, life sciences, banking, financial, and insurance domains. She heads the technology team at Omega, driving digital transformation for the company’s clients and accelerating the adoption of technology and automation within the organization. Vijayashree has worked with several global leaders in the IT space, including Cognizant Technology Solutions and BNY Mellon (formerly Inautix Technologies). In her previous roles, Vijayashree led the automation, analytics, and digital engineering using mobile technologies and cloud divisions, achieving significant milestones for her clients.
Vijayashree has a Bachelor of Technology degree in electronics from Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai, and an Executive Program Certification in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management, Cambridge. Vijayashree’s areas of expertise include defining strategic vision and digital transformation using AI technologies, thought leadership and consulting in automation and analytics, product management and engineering using Agile – Guilds, POD-based delivery, and business process re-engineering and optimization using Lean methodology. Vijayashree is passionate about technology and identifies as a people-friendly leader who loves collaborating and succeeding alongside her team.

Narayanan Asuri has over 25 years of global corporate experience in audit, finance, and taxation. An Indian chartered accountant by profession, he holds professional degrees from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and the Cost and Management Accountants of India. Beginning his career at KPMG in India in the audit function, Narayanan’s most recent experience before joining Omega was with Cognizant Technology Solutions India Private Limited as its India Controller. Narayanan joined Omega in 2022 as Group Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, managing Controllership, Taxation, Legal, Procurement, and the Centre of Excellence.
