Sumithra Gomatam is Executive Chair of the Omega HMS Board. She has over 30 years of experience in the information technology and business process services industry. Her previous experience includes several senior roles at Cognizant, where she spent over 24 years building, scaling, and nurturing multiple businesses that served clients globally. At Cognizant, she was president of digital operations, which she scaled and transformed to be technology-driven, using intelligent process automation and platforms with a significant focus on healthcare and big tech clients. Before that, she was at Tata Consultancy Services.
Sumithra was recognized by Business Today as one of the “Most Powerful Women in Indian Business” in 2013 and was part of the NASSCOM BPM Leadership Council. She earned her B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Anurag has 35 years of US corporate experience, 24 of which have been as a founder and leader of global organizations servicing the American healthcare ecosystem. In 2003, Anurag co-founded Omega Healthcare, a leading global revenue cycle management services provider that now employs 35,000+ employees across four countries and 11 cities. Before co-founding Omega with his business partner, Gopi Natarajan, Anurag spent the first 11 years of his career at Bayer Corporation, where he held numerous positions, starting in technical sales and then as a business unit leader and national sales manager.
Anurag received his BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 1989 at the age of 19 and an MBA and MS-MoIS from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.

As President of Omega Healthcare, Sumit Sachdeva has overall strategic and operational responsibility. He oversees the key functions of global delivery and business enablement. He brings over 20 years of experience in the global healthcare services industry, building and growing businesses in the payer, provider, and life sciences segments. Before joining Omega, Sumit worked with several MNCs, including WNS, Cognizant, Hexaware/Caliber Point, and Xerox.
Sumit earned an MBA from Indore University and a BE in Electronics and Telecom from Jabalpur University. He is also a certified Executive Coach and Six Sigma Champion.

A CEO who has dedicated his entire 30+ year career to healthcare IT, Gerry has led and grown several organizations to billion-dollar-plus valuations. Gerry is CEO of Merative and was the CEO of eSolutions, a unique revenue cycle management company purchased by Waystar in 2020. Before eSolutions, Gerry was the president of Transunion Healthcare, participating in a successful IPO in 2015, and chief strategy officer at HealthMEDX, which was acquired by Netsmart in 2016. His formative years were spent in executive leadership roles with McKesson. Gerry currently sits on the board at Posterity Health, is an active investor in the healthcare sector, and serves as a guest lecturer at the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business.

A sought-after board member, Harsh currently serves on seven boards of directors, including Omega Healthcare, Digital Management, Infostretch, Slickdeals, Trader Interactive, and Qmetry. These companies operate in a wide range of industries from digital strategy and transformation, to IT and services, to hospital and healthcare, computer software, online media, and marketing and advertising.
He has earned degrees in computer science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi in 2000, in computer science from the University of Maryland in 2002, and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University in 2007 where he was a recipient of the Dean’s Award for academic achievement.
Harsh worked at Microsoft and Microsoft Research prior to joining investment banking firm Goldman Sachs in 2007. Starting as an associate at the firm, he is currently a partner in Goldman’s Corporate Equity Group within Asset Management.

Pim is a vice president in the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs & Co., focusing on internet, technology, and technology-enabled services private equity investments, where she advances technology breakthroughs by investing strategically in digital innovators. Pim has been involved in transaction due diligence, execution, and investment management across the industrial and technology sectors. Between 2013 and 2015, she worked in Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions within the industrial sector. Pim currently serves on the board of Digital Management, Inc., Apexon Corporation, Omega Healthcare Management Services, QMetry Inc., and Slickdeals.
Pim earned an artium baccalaureus degree in applied mathematics from Harvard University in 2013.

Greg currently serves on the boards of Omega Healthcare, BroadStreet Partners, Koru and RATESDOTCA Group, and has served on boards of private companies covering sub-sectors ranging from insurance, payments, lending, auto warranty, to digital venture building.
He received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and an MBA (Honors) from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
Greg worked in the mergers and acquisitions group at TD Securities and joined Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan in 2007 in the Private Capital Group. He is currently a Senior Managing Director and leads the Digital & IT Services Team within Private Capital.

Raymond Shiu joined Ontario Teachers’ in 2005. He has been involved in a number of direct investments globally, including Orva, PetVet Care Centre, Shearer’s Foods, Serta, Simmons, and The Flynn Group. Raymond currently serves on the boards of Omega Healthcare, The Flynn Group and Orva.
Previously, he worked in both the Energy and Mergers and Acquisitions groups at RBC Capital Markets.
Raymond earned a B.Comm. from the University of Alberta and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.

Rahul Mukim is an MD at OTPP and leads the Private Equity business for OTPP in India. He has 18 years of total private equity experience, most of which has been in India. Rahul’s last role before joining OTPP was as a Director at Carlyle leading their investments in Healthcare, Consumer, and Consumer Tech. Over the last 16 years, Rahul has invested US$ 2.5Bn plus in healthcare, BFSI, IT Services and consumer tech and has served on 10+ Boards.
He is a computer engineer from Mumbai University and holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow.

Rob is the retired Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of UPMC, a $20B+ nonprofit health system and leading healthcare provider and insurer. During his time at UPMC, Rob implemented best practices in controllership, with UPMC achieving voluntary SOX 404 certification in 2006. He also led UPMC’s activity-based costing/service-line implementation and consumerism initiatives. In addition to Finance, Rob led the Supply Chain Management and Revenue Cycle functions, driving integration, technology infusion, and process improvement/efficiency throughout the organization. Rob’s teams created a number of healthcare technology solutions, three of which were commercialized and spun off. Before his 16-year tenure at UPMC, Rob held various executive finance roles with the General Electric Company (GE) and Price Waterhouse.
Rob currently serves as a Board Director for Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation (NYSE; AP), Waystar Technologies, Inc., Auto Club Enterprises and AAA East Central. Rob also serves as a Strategic Advisor for Health Catalyst (NASDAQ; HCAT) and as a Board Advisor for Omega Healthcare Management Services. He also serves as a Board Director, and was the previous Board Chair, of the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania and Finance Committee Chair of the Seton Hill University Board of Trustees. Rob is also the Treasurer and Board Director for The Advanced Leadership Institute (TALI).
Rob has a BA in Business Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.

Hamilton serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Innovation and New Product Development and manages the New Product Development fund for UnitedHealth Group. In that capacity, he identifies, vets, and executes on new product and business line opportunities for UnitedHealthcare and Optum.
Previously, Hamilton managed corporate strategy and new ventures for The Advisory Board Company and new product development for Optum, launching multiple new technology and services businesses and managing several acquisition processes. Hamilton also managed The Advisory Board Company’s Care Variation business, a $150M+ portfolio of cost and quality-focused businesses and services and launched and managed the Financial Leadership Council, The Advisory Board’s best practice research program serving health system CFOs.
Prior to The Advisory Board, Hamilton served as an investment banker, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions. He received his undergraduate degree in economics from Georgetown University and a master’s degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Bert served as Intermountain Health’s ($14B+ integrated health system headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah) EVP and Chief Financial Officer for approximately 20 years, beginning in 2003 until his retirement as an employee in 2023, during which time he had various oversight responsibilities, including serving on the SelectHealth ($5B health insurance company) and Intermountain Community Care Foundation, and Intermountain Healthcare Foundation boards for over 15 years. During his tenure, Intermountain obtained and retained the highest financial ratings in healthcare; AA+ from S&P and Aa1 from Moody’s. He also was the architect of Intermountain Health Ventures and chaired its board from the time it was established until recently. He continues to chair the Intermountain Healthcare Foundation board of trustees.
Bert serves on the boards of several private companies, including the Health Management Academy, Nevada Behavioral Health, and Fairview Pharmacy Solutions, and serves as an advisor to several private equity organizations and one start-up organization focused on the early identification of autism. He chairs the Board of Directors of Sequelie, Inc, dba Lore Health, which is seeking to improve lives by addressing everyday mental health issues. Along with four other partners/owners, he participates in developing, constructing, and operating retirement living centers in the Intermountain West.
Prior to his tenure at Intermountain Health, Bert was a partner at Ernst & Young in Houston, Texas, and served as the Chief Financial Officer for Memorial Hermann Healthcare and Houston Methodist Healthcare, both located in Houston, Texas. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin, where he obtained an MBA and BBA. He obtained the Elijah Watts Sells Award for obtaining the second highest score in the nation when he passed the CPA exam.
Bert and his wife of over 43 years, Lynnie, have three adult sons and enjoy traveling and outdoor activities, particularly hiking and snow skiing, along with supporting community based charitable organizations, principally those that support children and families.

Kevin Roberts previously served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Geisinger, a $10B in revenue, integrated delivery health services organization. Mr. Roberts joined Geisinger in 2018, bringing more than 40 years of professional experience. In this role, he was responsible for all financial activities and served on the executive leadership team. Mr. Roberts retired from Geisinger on December 31, 2024.
Prior to Geisinger, Mr. Roberts served as senior vice president and chief financial officer for BJC HealthCare based in St. Louis, Missouri, and in the same role at University Hospitals Health System (Cleveland). He also held executive level finance positions at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio, and Proctor Hospital in Peoria, Illinois. Mr. Roberts began his professional career with KPMG.
Mr. Roberts has an extensive background in business development & growth, strategy, corporate finance, health plans, mergers and acquisitions, financial operations, technology, audit & compliance and investment management in large, complex, multi-site healthcare organizations.
Mr. Roberts presently serves on the Board of Directors or as an Advisor to more than 10 early-stage and mature companies, all of which operate in the healthcare industry.
Mr. Roberts earned a master’s in business administration from Bradley University in Peoria, and a bachelor’s in business from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston. He is a certified public accountant.
Mr. Roberts and his wife Joan have five adult children and six grandchildren, and reside in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Matt Leavitt, DO, FAAD, is the Founder and current Executive Chairman of the board at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, where he held the position of CEO for over twenty years. Dr. Leavitt is a board-certified dermatologist and an expert in hair restoration and loss, recognized worldwide as a leading physician, surgeon, educator, clinical researcher, lecturer, author, and philanthropist. He has been instrumental in the establishment of Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, which now has more than 160 offices nationwide. The practice’s research division has conducted studies for major pharmaceutical companies, concentrating on skin cancer, melanoma, and various products related to hair loss and dermatology.
Furthermore, Dr. Leavitt is the Founder and CEO of Medical Hair Restoration (MHR), the second largest hair transplant group in the nation, which merged with Bosley to create the largest surgical hair restoration practice in the United States, where he serves as Executive Medical Advisor. Moreover, he is the Founder and Chairman of the largest fellowship focused on hair surgery and hair loss in the country. He is also the founder and CEO of Leavitt Healthcare Advisors (LHA), playing a crucial role in the growth and sale of prominent physician groups, including Nvision (ophthalmology), Orlando ENT, and Symphony (interventional pain and spine). Most recently, Dr. Leavitt was on the Board of Directors and facilitated a transaction for Dermsquared, the leading solutions platform for dermatology clinicians aimed at enhancing patient care. Additionally, Dr. Leavitt is the Co-Founder and CEO of Xtressé, a leading brand in regenerative hair loss solutions. Xtressé is a wellness and nutraceutical line aimed at improving scalp health and addressing stress-related hair loss.
He has served as the President of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology (AOCD) and is a founding member of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery, where he held the position of the first Vice President. Additionally, he is one of the founding members and currently holds the role of President at the Hair Foundation. Dr. Leavitt has also been past chapter president for the Central and Northeast Florida Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation and has been a member of the National Board of Trustees for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America. He is associated with the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery (Founder), International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons (board member), the American Osteopathic Association, and the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology (Past President).
His entrepreneurial activities have encompassed healthcare services, research, and education, where he has significantly contributed to the scaling of clinically focused business models and the promotion of physician innovation in dermatology and aesthetics. Dr. Leavitt has founded and led several companies and initiatives, including Advanced Wound Care, Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery Center Holdings, and through these efforts, he has played a vital role in advancing clinical research, enhancing patient access, and fostering the integration of innovation across the dermatological care continuum.
Dr. Leavitt serves as the Founder and Chairman of the KCU-GME/ADCS Orlando Dermatology Residency Program, where he has also established a fellowship program for physician assistants and nurse practitioners. He holds the title of Clinical Assistant Professor in Dermatology at both the University of Central Florida and Kansas City University. Dr. Leavitt has received numerous grants and accolades, including the prestigious Golden Follicle Award from the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons. He has been prominently featured as the cover story in The Dermatologist and has contributed extensively to journals on dermatology, hair, and cosmetic dermatology, along with writing chapters for textbooks and delivering presentations related to debilitating GI issues for Crohn’s and Colitis. In 2022, he was acknowledged in Newsweek Magazine’s list of the 150 Best Medical Dermatologists in the United States.
