Lisa Phillips, SVP of HR & Compliance

Lisa has over 35 years of human resources experience; the last 15 leading the HR function within the health care industry. Prior to joining Omega, Lisa was chief administrative officer for both himagine solutions, a health information management organization and The Outsource Group, a healthcare receivables management company. In her current and previous roles, Lisa continues to be responsible for building and leading the human resources, compliance, payroll, redeployment, and training functions. Lisa launched and managed a successful human resources consulting practice for over 20 years prior to joining The Outsource Group, in addition to working for global organizations such as MasterCard International and Aramark. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri, as well as numerous certifications within the field.
